The University of Manitoba Libraries offers library cards to these groups of people. 

If you are a student, staff or faculty member get your UM Photo ID card from the Registrar's Office. This will be your library card. Then claim your University of Manitoba account using SignUM which will give you a UMNetID and password. Your UMNetID and password are used to access all library collections. If you experience any problems, please contact your nearest UM Library Service Desk.
