Regional health authority staff who have a U of M nil appointment can potentially have access to both WRHA Virtual Library or MHIKNET and the University of Manitoba Library. Contact the University of Manitoba IST department at 204-474-8600 to find out whether you are in the university computer system. If not, contact your department.
If you are in the university system, you may need to first claim your ID through signUM. If you do not know your employee number, contact your department.
Once you have claimed your ID, you can use the login and password displayed in signUM to access electronic U of M resources. You can also obtain a physical ID card for the purposes of borrowing books.
